Description of Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To monitor, troubleshoot, escalate and follow up of issues as per SLA occurring in network during shift
  • Handling all types of Quality/KPI issues causing degradation in network, Such as Low CSSR, High DCR, TCH unavailability & acting as 1st POC for customers for all KPI/Quality issues.
  • To follow up Planned Outages/works happening in network
  • To manage Work order approvals.
  • To verify & LOG all site accesses taken during activities
  • To make fault reports against the outages in the network.
  • To handle customer complaints.
  • Perform data entry into the appropriate systems in order to document trouble ticket flow and steps taken to address issues.
  • To perform data entry for preventive maintenance/Refueling activities at sites.
  • To prepare & submit Network KPIs/SLAs/Fault/Incidents reports to customer & internal management.
  • To participate in customer & internal meetings.
  • To provide full Technical support to field teams.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the Line Manager.

Knowledge & Competencies: 

 

  • Excellent knowledge of ZTE/Huawei BTS/Node B, BSC/RNC, MW NEC Ipasolinks, Hauwei RTN links etc.
  • Good knowledge of Hauwei & ZTE NMS products e.g. iManager M2000/iManager U2000 & ZTE Netnumen.
  • Knowledge of Telecom Power/Passive equipment.
  • Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands.
  • Good skill set to work with MS office.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team.
  • Good communication skills (written/verbal).
  • Customer handling skills.
