Town Planner – Real Estate

Al Ghafoor Group is seeking an experienced Town Planner to join their team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in town planning and real estate development projects, capable of managing planning activities, coordinating site operations, and addressing field requirements efficiently. This role demands a professional who can work independently on field-based planning tasks while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage town planning activities related to real estate and development projects.
- Conduct regular site visits and oversee planning-related field operations.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate site plans, layouts, and development proposals.
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other relevant parties.
- Monitor ongoing development activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and project specifications.
- Assess site conditions and provide planning recommendations as needed.
- Support the planning and development of residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with different departments on planning, development, and site-related matters.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all planning activities.
- Identify and report any planning or development issues to management promptly.
- Provide regular updates on planning progress and site requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Town Planner within the real estate or property development sector is mandatory.
- Practical, on-field experience in town planning and real estate development projects.
- Strong knowledge of town planning principles, land development, site layouts, and development processes.
- Ability to independently manage field-based planning responsibilities.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Must be currently residing in Karachi and able to report regularly to the office and project sites.
- Candidates from outside Karachi or those unable to attend in-person are not eligible to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working on residential and/or commercial real estate projects will be an advantage.
- This position offers a monthly salary starting from Rs60,000.00.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the Karachi office and project sites, ensuring close coordination and effective project management.
