Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support the growth and success of the T-Sure program within the automobile sector.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide insights that inform business strategies.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the timely execution of projects and initiatives related to the T-Sure program.
- Manage daily operational tasks related to T-Sure services, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and presentations that detail performance metrics, progress updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions, service delivery, and compliance requirements.
- Utilize own transport to travel as needed for client visits, meetings, and field operations to support business activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards at all times.
- Continuously develop professional knowledge and skills related to the automobile industry and strategic planning.
