Responsibilities:

  • Identifying Potential customers, Understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors to effectively present and sell products or services
  • .Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services
  • Following up with potential customers/leads
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service & Support
  • Recommend new avenues and ventures to explore, system and process improvements
  • Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers
  • Develop relationships with existing customers and follow up with them regarding new services and feedback
  • Negotiate prices and terms with customers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and target markets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to meet customer requirements and drive business growth
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Monitor sales performance, track sales activities, and provide regular reports to management, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and revenue projections
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of the target market through ongoing training and professional development
  • Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate or relevant degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales and Marketing
  • Good Communication and problem-solving
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • A result oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Growth-oriented and achievement-driven
