AM Accounts

Responsibilities

Maintain and update general ledger accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
Perform regular accounts reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Manage vendor accounts, ensuring timely invoice processing and payment follow-up.
Apply accounting principles and practices to prepare and verify financial records.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Address and resolve accounting issues and queries promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to streamline vendor transactions.
Monitor account balances and investigate any irregularities.
Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
