Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors/clients by greeting, welcoming, directing & announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen, forward incoming calls & provide basic information when needed
- Directs visitors/clients by maintaining employee & department directories
- Offer beverages to visitors/clients
- Receive & sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain import files and making of cargo bills
- Scanning of papers and work on Inpage
- Prepare lists of detention and manifest
- Maintains safe & clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules & regulations
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting & communicating actions, irregularities & continuity needs
