Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the Association office in Lahore Lahore.
  • Support in scheduling, organizing, and coordinating physical and virtual meetings.
  • Help in drafting and formatting official documents, including minutes of meetings, circulars, and letters.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing emails, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain correspondence logs.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for records, documents, and meeting archives (physical and digital).
  • Provide administrative support for training programs.
  • Act as a liaison with the Association members for handling inquiries, follow-ups, and general coordination.
  • Help manage and reconcile petty cash and basic office accounts under supervision.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance etc.
  • Ensure the office is well-organized and supplies are stocked as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all office tasks and interactions.
