Trade Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced NVOCC Trade Executive to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the shipping and logistics industry, with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. This role requires a professional who is well-versed in NVOCC operations, trade activities, and freight forwarding processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing trade operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth shipment handling and documentation. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, are essential to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage NVOCC trade operations and maintain effective customer coordination.
- Liaise with shipping lines, agents, and clients to facilitate seamless trade activities.
- Oversee booking processes, rate negotiations, and shipment follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare, maintain, and update trade reports and shipping documentation accurately.
- Develop and nurture business relationships to support ongoing trade operations.
- Ensure timely communication and operational efficiency across all trade-related functions.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of NVOCC operations and trade activities.
- Understanding of freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and customer coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and reporting tools.
- Graduation degree is mandatory.
