Trade Marketing Expert

Jazz World is seeking an Expert Trade Marketing professional to lead regional trade visibility, market execution, analytics, and commercial support initiatives in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Business Support, Sales, and Trade Marketing teams to translate business priorities into actionable visibility plans. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality execution, conduct thorough pre- and post-activity analyses, and measure ROI to drive impactful market interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage regional Trade Marketing activities focusing on execution quality, market intelligence, analytical evaluation, stakeholder coordination, and measurable business outcomes. Conduct detailed pre- and post-activity analyses to assess effectiveness, market impact, and ROI. Develop performance reviews comparing planned versus actual execution, investment, coverage, and visibility.

Track Trade Marketing KPIs, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations for future activities and budget allocation. Prepare analytical dashboards, status reports, and management updates using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools. Utilize market data and field insights to support evidence-based decisions on visibility investments and execution priorities.

Drive regional visibility efforts by collaborating with the Head of Business Support and Sales teams through market visits and opportunity assessments. Develop and execute visibility plans aligned with regional business priorities, retail potential, customer traffic, and competitive presence. Ensure timely completion of visibility drives and provide regular progress reports highlighting risks and corrective actions.

Manage vendor coordination throughout planning, execution, quality assurance, and closure phases. Monitor vendor performance via market visits and audits, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Conduct post-execution checks to verify asset installation and maintenance, addressing challenges promptly with relevant stakeholders.

Generate structured market intelligence through regular visits, covering competitor visibility, promotional offers, retail activities, branding presence, and emerging trends. Identify market opportunities and visibility gaps, recommending interventions in collaboration with Sales teams. Support franchise upliftment through branding, maintenance, and compliance with company guidelines.

Oversee POSM planning, deployment, utilization, and market back checks to ensure effective execution. Monitor availability and deployment of visibility assets across priority markets and retail touchpoints. Recommend suitable locations for Out-of-Home visibility to maximize market exposure.

Manage and coordinate head office-led projects such as Data/Rural Education initiatives, Youth Engagement, Retailer Events, and Stop N Shops. Support new site rollouts and low-revenue areas with market-specific visibility planning. Maintain the regional event calendar and ensure timely coordination of Trade Marketing support.

Identify and pilot innovative visibility items and execution solutions to enhance brand presence and retail impact. Continuously explore unconventional visibility opportunities based on market dynamics and emerging retail trends. Document learnings and recommend scalable solutions based on feasibility and investment efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Visibility, Channel Marketing, Retail Marketing, or related commercial functions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct pre/post activity evaluations, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools for reporting and analytics.

Demonstrated market execution and field audit capabilities with a solid understanding of retail visibility and Out-of-Home execution. Proven vendor management, negotiation, coordination, and project execution skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to work effectively with Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Support, and external vendors.

An innovative mindset with the ability to identify new visibility opportunities and translate ideas into executable market solutions. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a HEC-recognized institution.
