Jazz World is seeking an Expert Trade Marketing professional to lead regional trade visibility, market execution, visibility analytics, and commercial support initiatives in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Business Support, Sales, and Trade Marketing teams to translate business priorities into effective market visibility plans. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality execution, conduct thorough pre- and post-activity analysis, and evaluate ROI to drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage regional Trade Marketing activities with a focus on execution quality, market intelligence, analytical evaluation, stakeholder coordination, and measurable outcomes. Conduct pre- and post-activity analysis to assess effectiveness, market impact, and ROI. Develop performance reviews comparing planned versus actual execution, investment, coverage, and visibility. Track and analyze KPIs, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations for future initiatives and budget allocation. Prepare dashboards, status reports, and management updates using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
Drive regional visibility efforts by collaborating with business support and sales teams through market visits and opportunity assessments. Develop and execute visibility plans aligned with business priorities, retail potential, customer traffic, and competitive presence. Ensure timely completion of visibility drives and provide regular progress reports, highlighting any gaps or risks. Conduct audits during market visits to verify asset quality and compliance with company guidelines.
Coordinate vendor management throughout planning, execution, quality assurance, and project closure. Monitor vendor performance via market visits and audits, resolving issues promptly to meet timelines and standards. Conduct post-execution checks to document evidence of asset installation and maintenance. Address execution challenges by coordinating corrective actions with stakeholders.
Generate structured market intelligence through regular visits, focusing on competitor visibility, promotions, retail activities, branding, and emerging trends. Identify market opportunities and visibility gaps, recommending interventions in collaboration with Sales. Support regional business priorities by aligning Trade Marketing efforts with market and sales needs.
Manage POSM planning, deployment, utilization, and market back checks to ensure effective execution. Monitor availability and deployment of POSM and visibility assets across priority markets. Support franchise upliftment through branding, maintenance, and compliance with brand guidelines. Recommend locations for Out-of-Home visibility and promotional artwork placement to maximize exposure.
Oversee HO-led strategic projects such as Data/Rural Education initiatives, Youth Engagement, Retailer Events, and Stop N Shops. Coordinate handset delivery, market execution, documentation, and acknowledgments for these projects. Support new site rollouts, low-revenue areas, and USF cell-site locations through tailored visibility planning and execution. Manage the regional event calendar to ensure timely Trade Marketing support.
Identify, evaluate, and pilot innovative visibility items, formats, and execution solutions to enhance brand presence and retail impact. Explore unconventional visibility opportunities based on market dynamics, consumer touchpoints, competitor activity, and retail trends. Document learnings from pilots and recommend scalable solutions based on feasibility, impact, and investment efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Visibility, Channel Marketing, Retail Marketing, or related commercial functions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct pre/post analysis, evaluate KPIs, investment efficiency, and ROI. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools for reporting, dashboards, and presentations. Hands-on market execution and field audit capabilities with a solid understanding of retail visibility and Out-of-Home execution. Proven vendor management, negotiation, coordination, and project execution skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively with Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Support, HO teams, and external vendors. An innovative mindset with the ability to identify new visibility opportunities and translate ideas into executable market solutions. Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a HEC-recognized institution.
