We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team to oversee and manage our Tobacco based merchandising projects from conception to completion. Those who have Sales/Marketing & Merchandising experience in consumer based products are encourage to apply. Details are mentioned below:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to measure the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising plans for our tobacco-based SKUs, ensuring maximum visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementation of merchandising initiatives.
- Coordinate project activities, including design, development, production, and installation of displays and merchandising elements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that project goals align with their objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree BA/B.Com/BBA (Marketing)
- Preferably prior working experience in Sales, Marketing, & distribution of FMCG.
- Minimum of 03years of experience required, Experience in Tobacco industry will be and an advantage
- Skills required in MS office (Excel and Power Point)
