To manage, control and reconcile all companys accounts including Customers, Banks and Personnel accounts in accordance with approved guidelines.
To prepare and maintain accounting reports on daily, monthly and annual basis as per management requirements.
To manage petty cash expenses & accounts.
To maintain & control Computerized Inventory System.
Petty cash Management, Bookkeeping, Claims Management.
Reconciliation Debtors/ Creditors & Banks.
Ensure neat and tidy working environment in the office.
