Key Responsibilities

- Set up dining areas, tables, buffet counters, and service stations before each meal to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Greet guests, serve food and beverages promptly, and provide courteous and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Replenish buffet items, water, tea, and coffee regularly, while keeping the counters clean and well-presented.
- Clear and reset tables quickly after each meal to maintain smooth service flow.
- Follow the menu guidelines, portion standards, and food safety regulations consistently.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and good order of the dining hall, service areas, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Adhere to personal hygiene, uniform, and grooming standards at all times.
- Support kitchen and housekeeping teams during peak hours and special events to ensure seamless operations.
- Report any damage, shortages, or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or food service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as setting up and clearing tables.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working in buffet-style dining or large-scale food service operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and housekeeping staff during busy periods.
- Competitive monthly pay starting from Rs 35,000.
