We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as E-Commerce Assistants. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, online marketplaces, and digital business management. No prior professional experience is necessary, but a basic understanding of e-commerce and a strong willingness to learn are highly valued. The position begins with a two-month training period, during which candidates will receive practical guidance and develop essential industry skills. Successful completion of training and a positive performance review will lead to consideration for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, updating, and managing product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels and support timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve basic customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and availability on online platforms.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance and preparing basic reports.
- Support website and marketplace operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Learn and apply basic SEO techniques to enhance product visibility and search rankings.
- Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency and marketplace performance.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce, online marketplaces, or digital platforms is preferred.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Residency in Rawalpindi or Islamabad is required.
- Availability to work evening hours from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

- Two months of structured, hands-on training in e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, sales monitoring, and marketplace optimization.

- Training salary of PKR 20,000 per month during the initial two months.
- Post-training salary starting from PKR 30,000 per month, subject to performance.
