We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Engineering team as Trainee Engineers at our Block-05 Clifton office in Karachi. This role offers a comprehensive training program aimed at developing your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities. As a Trainee Engineer, you will collaborate closely with experienced engineers and various departments to support ongoing projects, assist in design and testing activities, and contribute to the development and implementation of engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions across multiple projects.
- Participate in technical analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of engineering systems.
- Support senior engineers with project planning, execution, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress and timely delivery.
- Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documentation, specifications, and reports.
- Provide technical support during product development and implementation phases.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related field from a PEC-registered university.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Strong understanding of fundamental engineering principles related to Mechanical or Mechatronics disciplines.
- Familiarity with engineering software and tools such as MATLAB, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Simulink, and PLC programming is advantageous.
- Knowledge of system design, circuit analysis, mechanical design, and control systems.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials selection.

Upon successful completion of the trainee program, candidates will be offered a permanent position. The role includes a monthly stipend and leave benefits. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment with mentorship and hands-on training from experienced engineers. This position also provides exposure to advanced technologies and research and development processes, along with opportunities for career growth and skill enhancement.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi. The monthly pay range is Rs20,000 to Rs70,000, depending on qualifications and performance.
