Trainee Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Estimating Engineer (Male Only) to join our team in Bahria Town. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for fresh graduates or junior-level engineers who have a strong interest in the construction industry and wish to build a professional career in estimation. The role offers hands-on experience working on U.S.-based residential and commercial projects, providing an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills and grow within the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Support senior estimators with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for U.S.-based residential and commercial projects.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
- Assist in preparing spreadsheets, estimation summaries, and other project documentation.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and RSMeans.
- Perform routine estimation tasks, including data entry and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Final-year students are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, materials, and methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, formatting, and data management.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
