We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Trainee Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for a passionate designer looking to build a strong portfolio while contributing to a variety of digital and print marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design visually engaging content for marketing materials including websites, presentation decks, brochures, sell sheets, and advertisements across both print and digital platforms. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop brand-consistent visuals that effectively convey our messaging. Work alongside web developers to ensure design consistency and functionality, especially for WordPress-based pages. Contribute to layout, typography, and branding efforts across all digital channels. Assist in creating social media graphics, email banners, and event-related visuals as needed.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva is essential, while familiarity with additional design tools such as Illustrator and Figma is a plus. A strong understanding of fundamental design principles, including color theory and layout composition, is required. Candidates must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to strictly follow brand guidelines. The role demands excellent multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are also important. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or be currently enrolled in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
