We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Certified Medical Coders to join our Medical Coding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records and accurately assigning diagnostic and procedural codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. This role requires maintaining high standards of productivity and quality while ensuring compliance with regulatory and client guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Review patient medical records and physician documentation thoroughly.
- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
- Ensure coding accuracy and adherence to client and regulatory compliance standards.
- Identify and resolve coding edits and documentation gaps promptly.
- Maintain established quality and productivity benchmarks consistently.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
- Participate actively in coding audits, training sessions, and continuous learning programs.
- Stay current with updates in coding guidelines and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any Life Science discipline such as B.Sc., B. Pharmacy, Pharm D, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Zoology, or a Medical Graduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Certification from AAPC (CPC/COC/CIC) and/or AHIMA (CCS) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
- Good analytical skills coupled with effective communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications.

- In-depth knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
