The Trainee – Project Coordination role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience to develop foundational skills in project management within a dynamic work environment. This full-time, onsite position is based in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, and involves supporting project managers in various aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution. Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning and coordinating daily project activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, timelines, and status reports to monitor progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow up on project deliverables, deadlines, and pending action items to keep projects on track.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes of meetings, and maintain action-item trackers.
- Support the creation of project presentations, reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor project progress and promptly highlight any delays, risks, or issues to the appropriate team members.
- Organize and maintain project files, records, and documentation systematically.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities.
- Communicate updates and follow up with stakeholders as needed to ensure alignment.
- Provide administrative and operational support to project managers.
- Learn and apply project management tools, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
