Trainee Project Manager in Software House (Freshers)

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with natural leadership abilities who are eager to grow their careers in a professional and dynamic environment. We are looking for a Project Sales Manager (Junior/Fresh) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role requires working hours from 9 PM to 6 AM, six days a week, to align with international time zones. This position is not open to students. The salary range offered is PKR 30,000 to 45,000 per month. Candidates will gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced setting, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to support project execution and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily tasks and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support project execution by providing timely updates and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Engage with team members and clients as necessary to facilitate workflow and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and track the progress of ongoing projects.
- Follow instructions carefully and consistently meet deadlines to contribute to overall project success.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply; experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English are essential for effective interaction with international clients and team members.
- Basic understanding of a professional work environment and workplace etiquette.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
- Availability to work the specified night shift hours to accommodate international time zones.
