Trainee Project Manager

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with natural leadership abilities who are eager to begin their careers in a professional and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a motivated Project Sales Manager (Junior/Fresh) to join our team full-time on-site. The role requires working hours from 9 PM to 6 AM, six days a week, to align with international time zones. Candidates must be ready to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and contribute effectively to the team. Please note that students are not eligible to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily tasks and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support project execution by providing timely updates and maintaining effective communication.
- Liaise with team members and clients as needed to facilitate project progress.
- Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and track workflow efficiently.
- Follow instructions carefully and consistently meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply; prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English are essential.
- Basic understanding of a professional work environment.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Availability to work during international time zones, with specific shift details to be discussed during the interview.
- Fluency in English is required.
