Trainee Project Manager

KGT Global is looking for a Trainee Project Manager / CSR to join their team in Nazimabad, Karachi. This full-time, on-site role offers a valuable opportunity for individuals with leadership potential to grow within a dynamic software house environment. The position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with a skilled team of website developers, and communicating with international clients in English. Candidates must be prepared to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, six days a week, with Sunday off. This role is designed for professionals with some management experience who are eager to advance their careers and is not open to students.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage up to 15 projects concurrently, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with website developers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with foreign clients in English to maintain strong client relationships.
- Use project management tools and technologies to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Gain hands-on exposure to website development tools and processes to better understand project requirements.

Required Qualifications
- A university degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Strong typing skills along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle project challenges efficiently.
- Fluency in English is essential for confident interaction with international clients.
