Trainee - QMS

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee – Quality Management System to join our quality control team. The successful candidate will support various quality assurance activities by inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and company specifications. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to develop their skills in quality management within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in inspecting raw materials, work-in-process items, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks and inspections throughout production and packaging processes.
- Support the identification, reporting, and documentation of quality issues and non-conformities.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test reports, and other quality-related documentation.
- Collaborate with production and other relevant departments to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Help monitor quality parameters and prepare daily quality reports.
- Adhere to workplace safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping practices within the quality control area.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Basic knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 standards, and familiarity with quality inspection tools will be considered an advantage.
- Monthly compensation ranges from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000.
- This is an in-person position, providing hands-on experience in a professional quality management environment.
