Trainee React Native Developer

We are offering a remote-based unpaid trainee position for a duration of three months, with office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have recently completed or are about to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and are eager to gain practical experience in software development, particularly using React Native.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of iOS and Android applications using React Native.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles to build scalable and efficient code.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
- Participate in problem-solving sessions and contribute to logic building and critical thinking exercises.
- Support database management tasks involving SQL and Firebase.
- Engage actively in learning and applying new technologies relevant to mobile app development.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native frameworks.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and data structures.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and Firebase for backend support.
- Proficiency in logic building, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing one or more iOS or Android applications using React Native.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with RESTful API and third-party API integration is highly desirable.
- Completion of a final year project using React Native will be considered a significant advantage.
