Trainee Software Engineer (Siebel)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Software Engineer specializing in Oracle Siebel CRM to join our Enterprise Applications team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in enterprise software, business applications, customer relationship management (CRM), and low-code platform development. The selected candidate will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience with Oracle Siebel CRM, focusing on application configuration, business process automation, data management, system customization, and production support. Unlike traditional software development roles, this position emphasizes understanding business requirements and translating them into configurable CRM solutions using Oracle Siebel’s tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Oracle Siebel CRM applications to support various business processes.
- Assist in creating and modifying Siebel Screens, Views, Applets, Business Components, and Business Objects.
- Participate in workflow configuration and business process automation activities.
- Support data migration, data validation, and system configuration tasks.
- Perform application testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
- Assist with system enhancements, releases, and deployment activities.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production support efforts.
- Work with SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and senior consultants to understand and implement requirements.
- Learn Siebel scripting and integration concepts as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Computer Specialization), Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Good English communication skills.
