We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Software Engineer specializing in Oracle Siebel CRM to join our Enterprise Applications team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who are interested in enterprise software, business applications, customer relationship management (CRM), and low-code platform development. The selected candidate will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience with Oracle Siebel CRM, focusing on application configuration, business process automation, data management, system customization, and production support. Unlike traditional software development roles, this position emphasizes understanding business requirements and translating them into configurable CRM solutions using Oracle Siebel's tools and framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Oracle Siebel CRM applications to support various business processes.
- Assist in creating and modifying Siebel Screens, Views, Applets, Business Components, and Business Objects.
- Participate in workflow configuration and business process automation initiatives.
- Support data migration, data validation, and system configuration activities.
- Perform application testing, defect analysis, and assist in issue resolution.
- Contribute to system enhancements, release management, and deployment tasks.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide production support.
- Utilize SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting purposes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate closely with business users, analysts, and senior consultants to understand and implement requirements.
- Learn Siebel scripting and integration concepts as needed to support development and customization efforts.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Computer Specialization), Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
