Trainee - Supply Chain

Habib Sugar Mills Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join the Supply Chain team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement, vendor coordination, inventory management, and overall supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and all related procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to manage quotations, order status updates, and delivery schedules.
- Support the procurement process by obtaining and comparing vendor quotations to aid decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier details, and procurement transactions.
- Monitor the progress of orders and follow up on pending deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Help maintain inventory records and track material requirements to support production needs.
- Prepare routine reports and update procurement-related data regularly.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
