Trainee Territory Sales Officer - Shikarpur

Jaffer Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Territory Sales Officer to join our Pesticides Sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for agriculture graduates, with up to six months of experience, to gain valuable hands-on experience in the agricultural sector. Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Assist in expanding the market and generating demand at the farmer level by actively engaging with the agricultural community.
- Support various field activities, including conducting product demonstrations and visiting farms to showcase product benefits.
- Help track product visibility and ensure shelf availability at retail points to maximize sales potential.
- Assist in conducting market surveys and preparing sales reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- A degree in Agriculture or a related field is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with dealers, farmers, and team members.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and agricultural products, with a keen interest in learning new sales techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, to assist in planning and reporting activities.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a field-based sales environment.
