Trainer Glass Cleaning

We are seeking an experienced glass cleaning trainer to deliver comprehensive theoretical and practical training to individuals aiming to build careers in hospitality, commercial, and facility management sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional training on glass cleaning techniques for both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Demonstrate the safe and effective use of cleaning tools, chemicals, ladders, and access equipment.
- Instruct trainees on squeegee handling, streak-free polishing methods, and operating high-reach glass cleaning systems.
- Ensure all training activities comply with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct practical assessments to evaluate trainee progress and provide coaching to enhance efficiency and workmanship.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on technical experience in glass cleaning, with demonstrated leadership or training capabilities.
- Strong expertise in various glass cleaning methods and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for effective trainee understanding.
- Physical ability to work in demanding environments, including standing for long periods, working in dusty or noisy conditions, and lifting equipment as needed.
- A strong commitment to maintaining health, safety, and quality standards throughout all training sessions.
