The Trainer for the Hospitality Management Training Program (HMTP) will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions that align with adult learning principles. This role involves developing training materials, conducting sessions, and ensuring trainees acquire the necessary technical and professional skills. The Trainer will work closely with supervisors to meet training objectives, evaluate trainee progress, and maintain high standards of professional grooming and development within the program.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand training objectives and translate them into clear learning outcomes by designing or reviewing training materials and manuals.
- Conduct engaging training sessions using a variety of techniques to build technical competencies within the HMTP framework.
- Manage and support the professional grooming and overall development of trainees throughout the program.
- Evaluate trainees’ progress through formative and summative assessments, preparing and submitting detailed reports to supervisors within one week of evaluation.
- Oversee the proper management of trainees during skills workshops to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Participate in management meetings as required to stay aligned with organizational goals and updates.
- Develop both theoretical and hands-on training schedules to optimize resource utilization and training effectiveness.
- Adhere strictly to organizational policies, procedures, and management guidelines.
- Collect and acknowledge feedback from trainees, management, and other stakeholders to continuously improve training quality.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by management to support the program’s success.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma in Hospitality Management Training Program (HMTP) or equivalent professional education.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate adult learners with an active personality and a good sense of humor.
- Minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in hospitality training or a related area.
