Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with the organization’s learning and development goals.
- Conduct dynamic training sessions focused on professional skills, communication, workplace effectiveness, leadership, and employee growth.
- Create training materials, lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and interactive learning activities to support diverse learning needs.
- Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the workforce.
- Facilitate classroom-based, virtual, and interactive learning sessions using contemporary training methodologies.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, participant feedback, and performance improvement metrics.
- Continuously enhance training content, delivery methods, and learning outcomes to ensure ongoing relevance and impact.
- Collaborate closely with departmental stakeholders to ensure training initiatives support business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a related training role.
- Possession of a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification or an equivalent recognized training qualification.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and modern training techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver structured training programs effectively.
- Skilled in conducting training assessments, gathering feedback, and evaluating learning outcomes.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences, ensuring impactful learning experiences.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Master Trainer certification is highly desirable.
