Training Executive - QSR

Wrap Lab is looking for a motivated Training Executive to join their team on-site in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or hospitality sectors. This role is vital in delivering effective training programs that ensure staff consistently follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain service excellence, uphold hygiene and food safety standards, and present a professional appearance. The Training Executive will be responsible for onboarding new employees, conducting practical demonstrations, and supporting ongoing learning initiatives to improve overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions covering SOPs, service standards, hygiene, food safety, and grooming to all staff members.
- Conduct interactive demonstrations, roleplays, simulations, and provide on-floor coaching to reinforce learning outcomes.
- Facilitate onboarding and role-specific induction programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Develop detailed training plans, presentations, checklists, and comprehensive reports to support learning objectives.
- Identify performance gaps and organize refresher training sessions to address these areas.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and training completion status.
- Track and update training evaluation metrics to monitor staff progress effectively.
- Coordinate the implementation of new SOPs and product launches across multiple branches.
- Prepare monthly progress reports to keep management informed about training effectiveness and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business, Education, Psychology, Teaching, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in training, learning and development, or within QSR/hospitality environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in both classroom and practical training techniques.
- Strong understanding of restaurant SOPs and operational workflows.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel daily between multiple branches as required.
- Energetic, well-organized, and confident demeanor suitable for training roles.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates with a teaching background are highly preferred.
- Experience as a trainer, instructor, teacher, or operational coach is considered an advantage.
- Prior exposure to QSR, retail, or multi-branch training environments is a plus.
- Skilled in developing training materials, assessments, and evaluation tools.
- Experience training frontline or blue-collar staff is beneficial.
- Familiarity with train-the-trainer methodologies and managing new branch or product rollouts.
- Competitive starting salary of Rs40,000 per month.
- This is an on-site position based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
