Graphic Designer

Trakore is seeking a creative and reliable Graphic Designer to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate brings a strong design eye and a collaborative spirit to generate engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and company branding. This role involves working closely with colleagues to deliver visually appealing materials while maintaining a consistent brand identity. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on-site, fostering direct communication and teamwork. The Graphic Designer will also manage and mentor a small team of 2 members, ensuring high-quality design output and timely project completion. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating a range of materials such as posters, banners, flyers, presentations, and promotional graphics. They must develop original concepts aligned with company goals while keeping branding consistent. Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are essential, combined with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and photo editing. The role requires strong time management abilities, the capacity to accept feedback constructively, and ownership of assigned tasks. Candidates with at least one year of experience or fresh graduates with relevant expertise are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities

Design and produce graphics and visual content for social media posts and marketing campaigns according to project requirements.
Create promotional materials including posters, banners, flyers, and presentations that reflect the companys branding and messaging.
Develop innovative and creative design concepts while adhering to brand style guides and ensuring visual consistency.
Collaborate actively with team members to exchange ideas, incorporate feedback, and improve design outcomes.
Manage daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality visuals on time.
Lead and supervise a small team of two design professionals to facilitate knowledge sharing, quality assurance, and timely project completion.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the creative output.
Work closely with marketing and event teams to support promotional activities with professional and polished design assets.
Review and adjust design work to meet feedback and changing project requirements while ensuring brand integrity.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively to address urgent and ongoing design needs.
