You will be responsible for shaping raw footage into polished promotional videos, advertisements, reels, and branded content across digital platforms. Leading a talented team of two video editors, you will foster collaboration and ensure project efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards under tight deadlines. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to transform concepts into dynamic visual stories. You will utilize your mastery of industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Audition to apply advanced editing techniques, motion graphics, and sound design. Staying current with evolving industry trends and editing styles is essential to keep Trakores video output fresh, innovative, and aligned with brand identity.
Responsibilities

Lead and execute the editing of promotional videos, advertisements, social media reels, and branded content for various digital platforms.
Apply advanced video editing techniques including transitions, color grading, visual effects, and motion graphics to produce polished and engaging output.
Manage and organize raw footage and video assets efficiently to maintain streamlined project workflows and timely delivery.
Collaborate effectively with marketing, design teams, and content creators to translate creative concepts into compelling video narratives that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of two video editors to ensure quality consistency and adherence to project deadlines.
Maintain a deep understanding of pacing, storytelling elements, and branding principles within video content to maximize viewer engagement.
Ensure all video projects meet Trakores standards of quality, style, and brand coherence while handling multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Continuously research and adopt new editing tools, visual effects, and industry best practices to keep the production pipeline innovative and competitive.
Oversee sound editing and audio mixing processes using Adobe Audition or equivalent tools to enhance audiovisual coherence.
Review and provide constructive feedback on the teams work to promote professional growth and strengthen overall video quality.
