Well skilled, energetic, motivated and creative Digital Graphic Designer required. As Digital Graphic Designer on the team you will be to creating and maintaining the look and feel of programs, marketing communications, and conceptual pitches on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities Include:
- Design highly elevated creative material for web and brand pages, social platforms, marketing communications/emails
- Create unique and consistent digital campaigns
- Concept for larger campaign pitches with visual mood boards
- Manage a design creative and build a mini team to move swiftly
- Establish the design parameters, specifications, for assigned design projects
- Generate assets based on undeveloped and existing creative directions for on-line applications and site development
- Create electronic mailers, banner ads, and various other digital assets
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including designing, building and deploying content marketing assets such as white papers, infographics, data sheets and solution briefs
- Work with events team to create complete event experiences that communicate the brand and message of the company
- Work with management team to create cutting-edge presentations
- Maintain brand look and feel on all printed materials, emails and websites etc.
- Prepare electronic files for production

- Must be organized and able to manage workloads
- Able to work accurately and effectively, quickly turn work around whilst maintaining a high level of quality
- Must be self-motivated and pro-active
- See creative through from initial concept to final execution
- Must be able to take direction well and understand requirements
- Liaise with developers and digital art workers to execute concepts
- Collaborate with the wider creative team and utilize studio departments
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree preferred in Design or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of design related experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Solid background in branding, and digital media
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Fireworks, Animate
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Proficient in HTML5 and CSS, knowledge of Adobe Animate is a plus
- Previous experience working in a corporate setting
- Must have an active interest and knowledge of emerging design technologies
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and multi-task
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a team environment and with internal clients
- Experience with UI design and testing, interactive marketing (banner ads) experience and app or mobile experience highly preferred
- Demonstrate strong visual, written, and oral communication skills
