- Ensuring smooth recruitment cycle closure from start to finish.
- Advertising and attracting candidates through different sourcing channels. (Rozee.Pk, Olx, Facebook. Indeed, Linkedin, Jobee Pk, Job Consultants) etc...
- Downloading, Screening and processing applicants.
- Answering queries over the phone and responding to candidate emails.
- Checking all candidate eligibility documentation
- Complete on boarding paperwork efficiently and issue contracts to successful candidates.
- Responding to internal and external queries via email.
- Arranging group interviews as well as one to one interviews in coordination with relevant Heads.
- Work with Supervisors to comply hiring need and resource requirements on different locations.
- Calling applicants and conduct a short telephonic interviews daily by analyzing responses;
- Verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Coordinate and work with Supervisors operations team to ensure smooth operations of HR
- Record Keeping
- Update Candidate and Employees Database
- Payroll, Issue Salary Slips, Keep Records,
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Any other task assigned by the management from time to time
Job Timing: 03:00 PM TO 11:00 PM (Mon-Sat)
Preference will be given to those who have experience of working in outbound call center in the Same Domain (HR Assistant)
