JOB FUNCTION:
- Greet and direct visitors
- Act as a POC for processing monthly claims for the central region
- Support other teams in various administrative tasks
- Supportive role in keeping track of R/O office grocery, stationery, and supplies
- Supportive role to manager admin /DM admin in data maintaining I data entry
- Verification of PSO bills
- Manage attendance records
- Responsible for courier management in the central region
SKILLS.EXPERTISE AND HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reporting
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Bachelor's and above
- 2 to 3 years of proven work experience in a similar role
