Transformation Lead

We are looking for an experienced Transformation Lead based in Saudi Arabia to drive strategic business and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This full-time position requires a proactive leader with over 10 years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive transformation roadmaps, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and delivering measurable improvements in operations, processes, and technology that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end transformation programs that align with organizational strategy and objectives.
- Develop and implement detailed transformation roadmaps, outlining key initiatives, milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive business process optimization and enhance operating models while leading organizational change initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and innovation.
- Establish governance frameworks, program controls, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Facilitate strong stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, business units, and delivery teams.
- Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Monitor and measure transformation benefits, key performance indicators, and overall value realization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Program Management, or Strategy Execution.
- Proven success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational change management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Superior communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Master’s degree, preferably an MBA.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Prosci Change Management.
- Experience leading digital transformation programs involving cloud technologies, data analytics, AI, ERP, or enterprise systems.
- Background in sectors such as government, telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, or large enterprises within the GCC region.
- Familiarity with initiatives related to Saudi Vision 2030, smart cities, shared services transformation, and enterprise technology modernization.
