We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our energy storage service center. This role oversees daily operations, team management, customer relations, local marketing, and compliance, ensuring excellent service and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, showroom setup, customer reception, and service process execution
- Manage sales and technical support teams; organize regular training on products, service standards, and safety
- Handle end-to-end customer service—from consultation and solution planning to after-sales coordination
- Build strong ties with local government and communities to support business development
- Execute localized marketing campaigns to boost traffic and conversion
- Control store costs and ensure compliance and safe operations
- Provide timely feedback to HQ on customer needs, market trends, and competition
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, science, or marketing
- 3+ years of store management experience (new energy, home improvement, smart tech, or service industries preferred)
- Strong customer communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of electrical or energy storage systems is a plus
