Express Flights, a reputable international travel company operating in Australia, is looking to expand its team in Karachi by hiring experienced Travel Agents. The ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in the travel industry and demonstrate strong communication skills to confidently manage international client enquiries from start to finish. This role demands professionalism, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple travel bookings simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients based in Australia and other countries to understand and fulfill their travel requirements.
- Manage international flight enquiries, provide accurate quotations, and process bookings promptly.
- Assist customers with comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and related services.
- Offer expert travel advice and recommend travel options tailored to individual client preferences.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and respond swiftly to customer requests.
- Engage with customers via multiple communication channels such as phone, WhatsApp, live chat, and email.
- Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
- Minimum two years of experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of international flight bookings, fare structures, and ticketing procedures.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), with Amadeus experience considered a strong advantage.
- Previous experience working with international customers is preferred.
- Fluent and confident spoken English, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated sales ability and confidence in handling customer interactions over the phone.
- Solid understanding of airline fare rules, including policies on changes, cancellations, and ticketing.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer enquiries efficiently.
- Professional, responsible, and results-driven approach to daily tasks.
