We are looking for enthusiastic Travel Consultants to join our UK-based inbound travel agency located in Lahore. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals, including fresh graduates or those with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the travel or tourism industry. Candidates should have strong English communication and listening skills, be reliable, growth-oriented, and ready to work full-time on-site at our Lahore office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking inbound UK travel packages.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate travel options.
- Manage inquiries and efficiently resolve travel-related issues.
- Stay informed about travel products, destinations, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and support agency growth.
- Handle documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Intermediate.
- Strong proficiency in English communication and listening skills.
- Open to fresh candidates as well as those with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in travel or tourism is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be motivated, reliable, and committed to personal and professional development.
- Ability to commute reliably to the Lahore office or willingness to relocate before starting.
