We are looking for experienced Travel Campaign Specialists to join our US Travel Promotion Campaign team. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients across the United States, present travel packages, qualify leads, and schedule interested prospects for detailed presentation sessions. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to engage clients professionally to ensure campaign goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate and qualify high-potential leads.
- Engage clients professionally to build interest in travel packages and presentation opportunities.
- Transfer or book qualified prospects for sales presentations efficiently.
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in US outbound call centers, with a focus on cold calling, lead generation, or travel campaigns.
- Fluent English communication skills, demonstrating a polite, confident, and persuasive tone.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with street smartness and a results-oriented approach.
- Educational qualification of Intermediate, A-Levels, or Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Fixed work shift from 5:50 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 100,000+ depending on experience.
