Travel Consultant ( International Sales )

Holiday Express is seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, promoting both international and domestic tour packages, and providing tailored travel solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
- Sell international and domestic tour packages by understanding customer preferences.
- Prepare detailed quotations and personalized itineraries.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa arrangements, and comprehensive travel packages.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records using CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through effective follow-up and closing techniques.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the travel industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of popular travel destinations and current industry trends.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to follow up and close deals.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused demeanor.
