Travel Consultant Sales Agent – Umrah & Holidays

Stardom Now, located in Etihad Town, Raiwind Road, Lahore, is seeking confident and customer-oriented Travel Consultant Sales Agents to join their Umrah & Holidays team. This full-time, on-site role requires candidates to work evening and night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent and fluent English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to effectively convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to Umrah and holiday packages via calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate travel packages.
- Clearly explain package details, pricing, inclusions, and travel arrangements in a professional manner.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers to drive sales conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent and fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Graduation is required.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented with a confident personality.
- Willingness to work in an office-based environment during evening and night shifts.
- Lahore-based candidates will be preferred.
- School-going and college-going candidates are not eligible.
