Key Responsibilities for Ticketing Officer:
- Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for ticketing operations.
- Apply knowledge of international and domestic airfare rules to ensure compliance.
- Manage ticketing procedures related to Umrah and Hajj travel.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ticketing transactions.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Required Qualifications for Ticketing Officer:
- Minimum Intermediate education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing.
- Proficiency in GDS software (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Competency in MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to promote travel services.
- Handle client objections and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills to meet sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships and maintain follow-ups.
- Participate confidently in telephone sales and client meetings.
- Utilize basic social media and digital communication tools to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals and maintain effective time management.

Required Qualifications for Sales Executive:
- Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
