· Core responsibility is to write technical content (Product Descriptions, Key Features) and other Product Details of all Covered Categories, such like, Sports, Fashion, Grocery, Home and Living and Beauty according to provided guidelines with high quality.
· Quality check of all the content for the products before making them live on the website.
· Ensure content uploads are done in a timely manner and as per the content guidelines.
· Highlight and escalate issues in the established procedures to the product team and ensure requisite changes are applied.
· Liaise with the Vendor Managers/Website Development/Customer Support teams to resolve issues and ensure inter-departmental coordination.
· Resolve sync issues and propose alternatives for problem resolution.
· Come up with new ideas to make product pages look attractive, informative and help customers to easily make buying decisions.
Must have Excel & Ms Word knowledge
