- Candidate must have strong knowledge & Experience of Air field or Aviation working environment.
- Knows how to prepare Technical Bid Proposals
- Knows how to prepare financial Offer in coordination with finance Team
- Prepare/Review / Analyze Teaming Agreements
- Follow up with the clients regarding submission technical offers
- Review & approve methodologies for work at site proposed by Site Engineers
- Prepare & Supervise work schedule as well as supervise deliverables for ongoing clients
- Laise with clients/sub contractors & suppliers to seek inputs on regular basis
- documentation processing for Registrations process with PEC, DGDP & MES Etc
- Preparation of Montly Invoices/ IPC & final cost claim including required documents/ agreement & Letters
- Coordinate with Contract Specialist, Client & PMC for final Cost Claim
- Keep searching & coordinate with various clients in order to get new projects
- Follow up on ATM/ VCCS Opportunities In PCAA in order to proceed bid submission once new tender will be announced
