As a Travel Sales Agent specializing in Umrah packages, you will be responsible for promoting and booking travel arrangements for a wide range of clients, including individuals, families, groups, and corporate customers. Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Umrah packages by providing clients with detailed information on package options, visa requirements, and travel logistics. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique travel needs and offering customized solutions. Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel experience—from initial inquiry to post-travel support. Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive client outreach, timely follow-ups, and generating referrals to grow the customer base.
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Demonstrated sales skills, commercial awareness, and effective negotiation abilities are required. A solid understanding of domestic and international travel trends, regulations, and procedures is necessary. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in travel sales, with a strong focus on Umrah and Hajj packages. Experience with the Sabre reservation system, either through prior use or formal training, is mandatory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds are critical.
