hiring ‘Customer Support Executive’ for an international hotel chain. Candidates with confident personalities and are able to deal and visit corporate customers & other correspondences are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidate must possess excellent written & verbal communication skills. Candidates from reputable universities will be preferred.
- Answers customer inquiries/communications as required
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Resolve client’s problems by active listening and response.
- Works with the organization’s regional offices to resolve problems facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
- Conducts follow up phone calls to survey respondents who have concerns or questions.
- Maintain excel sheet for all issues listed.
- Maintain Daily Call Log.
- Able to visit coporate clients.
