Hiring ‘travel Consultant’ for a GDS distribution company. Candidates with prior experience of travel agencies using ticketing software like Galileo, Worldspan,sabre, amedius and willing to work in shifts are encouraged to apply. Minimum 2 years of experience is required for the position.
- Answers customer inquiries/communications as required
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Resolve client’s problems by active listening and response.
- Works with the organization’s regional offices to resolve problems facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
- Conducts follow up phone calls to survey respondents who have concerns or questions.
- Maintain excel sheet for all issues listed.
- Maintain Daily Call Log.
- Update the capping as per the GDS share.
